Privacy questions are informed by the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, Civil Code §§1798.100 et seq. Those statutes govern the relevant agencies or covered businesses, not every linked record or service.
12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent the law allows.
